Design inspired by the craft of currency.
Linework, structure, balance, symbolism, and intentional composition. Every element earns its place.

Lanklu Designs is my personal hobby turned small business to a particular niche dedicated to the art of banknote-inspired visuals. Drawing from traditional engraving, security printing, and currency composition, I create designs rooted in precision, structure, and detail. I don’t have a professional background in design, mainly self-taught.
My work emphasizes intentional linework, woven forms, and balanced geometry. Each design is built the way currency is built: carefully, deliberately, and with respect for craft. The result is visual work that feels timeless, considered, and unmistakably refined.
Many of designs are “remakes” of past and present currency around the world. I enjoy remaking them to fit a particular event, situation or theme. I also have some printing capabilities, but again they are limited to using a laser printer and cotton paper or plastic “polymer.”
